More of an exercise of dealing with art on a city scale. We had 19 police officers on our clock. We legally shut down 15 blocks of nicolette mall, rerouted downtown buses for several hours and took over Loring Park. We listened to loud music and drank beer in the sunshine.

No one was beaten. No one was arrested.
