This piece was an exploration of abstract subject matter that was non-figurative. I used a complimentary color palette with orange/blue and green/red to create a striking contrast of color. I also used opposing forms, with the organic shapes parallelling the geometric forms to create a complex composition that is harmoniously balanced.
