Statement

Vesicanoe (7") is the first in the Vesica series, named for the pointed oval shape the pieces share.  I use textile techniques to assemble and decorate my work, and no solder or rivets.

I started working in copper in Feb. 2009, with little experience of metal or textiles.  Since I'm in the early stages of my exploration of the medium and techniques, I would really appreciate any comments, criticism, or questions.
