Play A Round: Boggle was my piece at The Soap Factory's 2008 Volunteer Biennial. It was an interactive work that consisted of a series of rounds of the game Boggle played with the show's attendees on opening night. At one point I left the game to the audience and walked around and overheard someone say in reference to my piece, "That guy's not even that good." It was awesome... and true. My intent was really to invite the audience to become equally responsible for the work, to encourage interaction and foster community. Though I didn't win too many rounds I felt the piece succeeded. I also served a mean Tom and Jerry, spiked by my flask of Maker's.
