Graphic Exhibit at the BPAC



August 19, 2009 – Burnsville, MN –

The Burnsville Performing Arts Center is proud to present the new exhibit

 

Graphic on display in the art gallery, opening on September 3, 2009. Graphic will showcase artwork by local artists influenced by, or with a background in, graphic design and illustration methods and aesthetics. Graphic was curated by Alejandra Campbell, Art Gallery Director at the Burnsville Performing Arts Center. The free and public opening reception for Graphic will be held at the Burnsville Performing Art Center’s beautiful 2,000 square foot art gallery on Thursday, September 3, from 6:00 to 9:00 pm. Jazz music will be performed by Debbie Bigelow and Dean Kleven. Complimentary appetizers and wine will be provided by JoJo’s Rise and Wine and Red Lion Liquor in Burnsville.

Participating artists include Ethan Arnold, Melissa Breitenfeldt, Patrick Brennan, Michael Carina, Mike Davis, Emily Harris, Bethany Kalk, Mischa Kegan, Patrick Kinne, Pamela Kirton, Andrea McKay, Tyler Stefanich, Tonja Torgerson, Sean Tubridy, and Chuck U.

BPAC Public Gallery Hours: Thursday and Friday 1:00 to 5:00 pm, Saturday 10:00 am to 2:00 pm

All artwork will be for sale. Artwork can be purchased during the opening reception or by contacting Alejandra Campbell at (952) 895-4685.
