An artist book exploring changes to the Doomsday Clock and concurring, irrelevant social events. Edition size, 60 copies, one for each minute represented on the Clock.
Half Life/Full Life...
Media: Tyvek, Paper, Ink, Photography, Archival Pigment, Letterpress. Published in 2009, Half Life/Full Life is an exploration of the atomic age, changes to the Doomsday Clock, and simultaneously occurring, irrelevant cultural events. Accounting for nuclear proliferation and global climate change, the Clock marks the estimated time, in minutes until midnight, until the total annihilation of humankind.
NOTE: On January 14, 2010, the Clock was moved one short minute back (to T-6) based on hope—recent talks in Copenhagen and elsewhere that created "a hopeful state of world affairs".
