This is a woman surprised at the nature around her as she floats in a cosmic sky of shooting stars. It is related to my viewpoint that people have gotten so far removed from "nature" that they are surprised when they notice it. It's also just my love of fantasy and sci-fi themed work and my recent love of abstract expressionism. Very colorful in warm tones, and a large watercolor on high-quality watercolor paper.
