Beth and TJ Barnes recently went to a cave in Kentucky.
There they found inspiration for the work that will be presented at the Shoe Box Gallery.
Beth and TJ’s collaboration has been on-again, off-again for over twenty years. They live together six months out of the year and the other six are spent intensely corresponding with each other. The work “Cave Dwellers” is their recent effort to join varied and disjointed lore and observations through created objects.
