Statement

Sarlat is in the heart of the Dordogne region in France, an area of rich bourgeois families, where much of the 100 Years War against England was fought. This town is full of beautiful tall, slender buildings topped with pointed spires. And it's a great place to eat duck! Even the potato salad is made with duck fat.
