Oil on canvas, 5" x 7".

This piece was inspired by an old photo I found while walking along train tracks. I estimated that the photo was at least 20 years old, judging by the clothing two people were wearing in it. These two people were standing on a ferry. Most of the picture was burned and dirty. I wondered who the people were and where this picture was taken and why it was burned. It translated beautifully into an abstract painting.
