In a high tech world where people move rapidly through every task using technology to quicken the way, quiet moments of reflection or observation seem to have diminished. When my niece paused thoughtfully to consider this rabbit and stroke it gently, offering gentleness and receiving a calm moment in return, she received more than a lesson on "peace" or "bullying" could teach.
