An exotic and velvety charcoal portrait of Gala Dalí (lover and muse of the great Salvador Dalí). It won a "Best in Show" and a "Superior" recognition at the last exhibition I had it in, followed by a month's stay in the CVA art gallery in Minneapolis. All I really want to mention is that I've had the pleasure of watching people sit down on benches in front of this piece and flat out daydream. It's truly an honor.
It's been difficult getting a photo of this piece because she's matted and in a plastic casing that I'd rather not disturb, so forgive the loss of certain details.
Approximately 24"x16" without the matted frame. She'll probably go from gallery to gallery until someone feels like buying~
