This is a traditional Ojibwe cradleboard with a contemporary cradle bag. The sides of the head bow are dressed with a beaded medallion and a glass button with butterflies on it. The back board is made of a single piece of Cedar. The head bow and foot support (underneath the cradle bag) are made of solid oak. The cradleboard is assembled with rawhide. The cradle bag is attached to the board with leather. The dimensions are approximately 35" H x 13" W x 14" D. Each cradleboard comes with a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist. This is Authentic Native American Art.
