Cornelius Kelleher was the 14th mayor of East Grand Forks, Minnesota, from 1916 to 1919. This portrait is acrylic on canvas 12" x 14" and is one in a series of mayors for East Grand Forks' 125th Anniversary Celebration in August 2012.
