Statement

House of Beasts is a boreal teahouse, a building created for thinking about the relationship between nature and culture in the north. It was built originally for the Thunder Bay Art Gallery, and then spent a year in the courtyard of the Tweed Museum in Duluth. It was done in collaboration with Jeffrey Kalstrom.
