This is historic Central ave being destroyed. With the purington Pavers and street car rails still in place!
Maybe I missed an issue of Northeaster, but I haven't noticed anyone commenting about this from a historical discovery point of view. Insted, expect many fine patios and walkways to be built this summer with the looted bricks of Old Central.
I like the way I got there in time to look thru the layers of history. Cross sections.
Is anyone still alive that remembers the street in it's glory day? maybe 90 years ago?
