Statement

"Changing Values" is an example of designing with color using the computer. In traditional color design courses students used colored and waxed paper to create examples of combinations of colors on gray boards. To make "Changing Values" I used the computer to make square GIFs that I colored with hexadecimal colors and positioned in a grid. I made the final design with a GIF animator, called "GIF Constructor," and a series of large GIFs. Click on "Enlarge" or on the image to open the animated GIF.
