Statement

Troubles - a print for encouragement, reminder of God's presence and love

The text based on 2nd Corinthians 4:6-9, also has James 1:2 in the image. These acknowledge that negative life circumstances can bring on a depressed, discouraged, heavy, pained, troubled spirit. The design is dark, hard to read, multi-layered. One has to search, seek, look patiently for hope.
With eyes of faith we take encouragement from the words that God never abandons us. Paul, who wrote II Corinthians, experienced intense suffering, yet had great joy in the Lord.
