Statement

I finished editing a short version of a Minnesota-made Laotian video from two parts, on two VHS tapes, after I had the tapes in my files for six years. Vang Lo, a professional engineer and director of the video, Lam Hnub Txhob Txawj Poob, gave me the videotapes in 1995 when he came to my office, and we talked about making a translation affordably.

In the movie, two Laotian boys living in Minnesota compete for the same girlfriends, while one girlfriend's brother joins a neighborhood gambling ring, loses his money, takes a loan, and gets kidnapped.

See "Two Boys in a Closet," my short edition of Vang Lo's two-part film at http://gsreed.tripod.com/LHTTP/index.htm
