Statement

Ahmed Sherbeny of Mansoura, Egypt, asked to me register a domain name and make an animated banner for his new home page, www.almanzala.com. He told me to use the word almanzala and a picture of a pharaoh in an animated banner for his web site. In my mock up I used a picture of the sphinx that Ahmed had photographed, and I superimposed almanzala.com with a zoom and a flag effect. A Somalian friend told me that almanzala means "I'm Muslim," and it has many variations. Almazam means "Al Islam." Almazalam means "Al Muslim." Almasalamu Alay Kum Wa Alayku Wasslaam is a greeting wishing God's happiness, health, and peace.
