LIPS:

Contains a small motor, speaker, toy microchip, motion detector and rotating arm.

Lips has a very sensitive motion detector. To activate he can be talked to or bumped. When activated, a small motor swings Lips head and arms back and forth slowly, while a speaker within the toy plays back an altered version of "Rock A-Bye Baby on the Tree Top."
