This series is an exploration on how light is connected to ritual. The light to become the means of expressing ideas about the body, human frailty and meditative aspects of daily life.

My interest in the ethereal qualities of light has been the underlying thread in this exploration. I am fascinated with reducing the primacy of pure function, allowing for more open exploration of content and the subsequent reactions to this strategy.
