This was the first time that I didn't find myself thinking, "I could have done better." It defines the height of my technique in black and white and made me decide it was safe to take the leap to full color. Most of the detail time was spent on her hair, but the most care was taken with her face. I wanted to capture the contours while using as few lines as possible.
