What is it about a man who fights and dies for his country that makes him a true patriot? What is it about a man who struggles and protests and lobbies in a quest for civil rights that makes him a "commie", a nuisance, or a threat? Are they not both fighting for this country, for a belief in an ideal, in a thought, in a hope? We treat our soldiers very differently… from the World War veterans, to the Vietnam Veterans, to the everyday soldiers in the march, fighting for this country day in and day out. Each soldier fights the battle in his or her own way. What is the right path and consequence of allegiance to this country?
