This was a collaborative piece between myself and St. Paul artist Rurik Hover. I gave him the unfinished sculpture (no paint) and let "him go to town" with it. Since most of my pieces are beat up dog-like toys, he deceided to go with a cat instead with the idea of it looking "like it just came out of the box" pristine. The netting was also his concept, and lends to the name "Verfangend" which means "caught" in german.
