I lived for a lttle more than a year in Bangkok, Thailand in 96-97. Towards the end of my stay I was commissioned by a prominent Thai businessman to draw portraits of the nine Kings of Thailand on eggshell for display in the formal dinning room of a new palacial residence he was having built. This drawing is of the 9th and present King of Thailand. This is the second of two portraits I've drawn of this King.
