This was a commissioned piece. The client wanted an Eastern landscape with Chinese characters, and wanted the piece to be abstract and free of man-made objects. It is unlike anything I had ever done before, and it really gave me an opportunity to stretch my creativity. Acrylic on canvas, 36" x 48", 2005.
